- 1/4 cup uncooked rolled oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp dry chia seeds
- 2 tsp of any Epicure Fruit dip.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour into jars, top with desired berries and nuts and place in fridge over night. Good for 3 days.
