Sweet Potato Hummus

Ingredients
  1. 1 Sweet Potato
  2. 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  3. 1/2 tsp Epicure Garlic Aioli
  4. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  5. 1 tbsp Olive or Avocado Oil
  6. 1 tsp Epicure SPG
Instructions
  1. Cook cubed sweet potato in steamer for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add to food processor with all other ingredients
  3. Mix until smooth. Serve warmed.

  3. Garlic Aioli
