Vegan Gluten-Free Protein-Packed Black Bean Brownies

- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- ¾ C Pure cocoa
- ¾ C brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1½ tsp Epicure Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp Epicure Sea Salt
- 3/4 C Applesauce
- 2 scoops Epicure Optimum vegan protein Blend
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Place a lightly oiled Epicure Perfect Petites on an Epicure Baking Sheet.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
- Divide the batter into the Perfect Petites.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the sides.
