Vegan Gluten-Free Protein-Packed Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
  1. 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  2. ¾ C Pure cocoa
  3. ¾ C brown sugar
  4. 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  5. 1½ tsp Epicure Baking Powder
  6. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  7. ¼ tsp Epicure Sea Salt
  8. 3/4 C Applesauce
  9. 2 scoops Epicure Optimum vegan protein Blend
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Place a lightly oiled Epicure Perfect Petites on an Epicure Baking Sheet.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
  4. Divide the batter into the Perfect Petites.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the sides.
  6. *Optional* Top with Epicure Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Topper
